Final lineup confirmed for HOSPACE 2025
HOSPA has confirmed the final lineup for HOSPACE 2025, with it set to take place next Thursday, 13th November 2025, at the Royal Lancaster London. This year’s event marks the 20th edition of the UK’s leading hospitality conference and brings together industry professionals to explore the key topics and trends shaping the future of the sector.
As in previous years, HOSPACE 2025 will feature a series of discussions, panels, networking opportunities and workshops focused on HOSPA’s central areas of finance, technology, revenue management, sustainability and commercial leadership. Industry experts will share insights into emerging trends, including the role of artificial intelligence in hospitality, the evolving nature of leadership, the integration of new technologies in operations and more.
Among the highlights of this year’s programme, attendees can look forward to a session by economist Thomas Pugh (RSM), which will provide analysis of the economic outlook for the hospitality industry.
A panel discussion on Understanding the True Value of Your Meetings and Events Business, sees experts from Radisson Hotels, Park Plaza, the Clermont Hotel Group and Edgbaston contributing, while there will also be an opportunity to make sure the industry is ready for Martyn’s Law – critical for venues hosting multiple guests.
In addition, workshops will be offered on the latest in hotel management technology, featuring input from companies such as Alkimi, Sona and Apaleo, as well as insights into digital transformation led by Shiji and Agilysys. The important topic of tips, service charges and troncs will be addressed by Moore Kingston Smith.
Another key feature of the event, which was a popular addition to the programme last year, will be fireside chats with Veryan Palmer from The Headland and Danielle Abreu from Gough Hotels as well as HOSPA CEO Jane Pendlebury and HOSPA Head of Professional Development Janel Clark.
Neil Braude of Imperial London Hotels and Laura Sharpe of Firmdale Hotels will also join a panel looking at technology, experience and ROI in modern hotel management.
The learning for the day will then culminate in the Leaders’ Panel, which sees the likes of Andrew Stembridge of Iconic Luxury Hotels, Guillaume Marly of Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, Louise Green of RBH Hospitality and Anne Golden of Pan Pacific London, discuss leadership in the sector.
The day conference then leads into the Gala Awards Dinner, which is set to include the Inspirational Leader Awards, which recognise outstanding individuals across the areas of Finance, Revenue, Technology, ESG and Commercial.
And for those with an interest in football, there will be a special attraction in the form of the Premier League and Barclays Women’s Super League trophies, thanks to Barclaycard Payments, one of the event’s Premium Sponsors and office Banking Partner of the Premier League and title sponsor of the Barclays WSL.
