Ever walked down a hotel corridor and spotted a door hanger that actually makes you smile?
Ever walked down a hotel corridor and spotted a door hanger that actually makes you smile?
Ever walked down a hotel corridor and spotted a door hanger that actually makes you smile? That’s exactly what we wanted to create with our new pet-themed, plant-based leather DND hangers. Instead of a plain “Do Not Disturb” sign, you’ll see the playful moment of a cat slipping back into its kennel. Its tail curling over the hook of the hanger, as if it’s still half outside keeping watch. It’s a little detail that turns a simple hotel accessory into something guests will notice, and maybe even talk about.
The idea started with a sketch, capturing the mischievous charm of cats. From there, our team translated it into a design that could live beautifully on plant-based leather, balancing durability with a soft, natural look. Every curve of the artwork is carefully painted, making sure the tail lines up perfectly with the hanger’s hook so the cat feels alive in the design.
Once the artwork is set, the craft takes over. The hangers are cut, pressed, and painted by hand, with each piece going through multiple finishing steps to make sure the texture is smooth, the colors vibrant, and the overall feel hotel-worthy. We’ve even put together a demo gif to show those production moments, because the way these little details come together is part of the charm.
The result? A DND hanger that’s both functional and playful, bringing a touch of personality to every guestroom door. It’s a small accessory, but one crafted with the same care you’d expect from a much larger design piece, and it makes all the difference in creating those memorable touches guests take away with them. And because every hotel has its own story to tell, we also offer customization on both materials and design, so your hangers can carry the same unique character as the spaces they’re made for.
