ELIVAAS has unveiled ambitious expansion plans to surpass 500 properties by Q2, with plans to expand its portfolio to 1,000+ properties soon and make its international debut by the end of the year

Founded in 2023, the brand has witnessed extraordinary growth, expanding aggressively across prime destinations.

With a strong presence across six states, ELIVAAS already operates more than 400 properties in some of India’s most sought-after destinations—from the sun-kissed beaches of Goa to the tranquil hills of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Offering a diverse portfolio under its ELIVAAS Privé, ELIVAAS, and Alaya Stays collections, the company caters to a wide range of travelers, including leisure seekers, corporate guests, and spiritual tourists.

With upcoming launches in the South region, namely Bangalore, Karnataka, and Kerala, ELIVAAS is set to embark on an exciting new chapter in its journey toward making luxury stays more accessible. This is one of many strategic steps the brand is taking toward upscaling premium travel experiences in India and beyond.

Expanding at an impressive pace, ELIVAAS is adding over 50 new properties every month. The recent launch of Miyabi Suites in Gurgaon marks its entry into the corporate travel space, and the brand is now making inroads into spiritual and corporate tourism. An upcoming ecotourism resort in Banaras, powered entirely by solar energy, further underscores its commitment to sustainability. As part of its expansion, ELIVAAS is also prioritizing local employment, working closely with local communities.
