DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław hosted the Wrocław Tourism Office in recognising the city’s top gastronomic destinations, as announced by Michelin Guide Poland for 2026. The Michelin Guide Poland Press Conference brought together nominees, Michelin-recognised chefs, and local authorities to celebrate Wrocław’s top gastronomic destinations.

Globally, the Michelin Guide reserves its ceremonies and official events for destinations that embody culinary excellence—venues where the spirit of the guide is reflected in the walls as much as on the table. As a stalwart of hospitality in the region for over a decade, DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław has become the city’s go-to destination for major announcements and landmark cultural events.

Since opening its doors in 2016, the hotel has become one of the city’s leading destinations for high-profile gatherings, industry milestones, and cultural events, welcoming visitors to its landmark home within the iconic OVO Wrocław complex. With its sophisticated event spaces, central location, and longstanding commitment to hospitality, the hotel has played an integral role in Wrocław’s evolution as an international destination, making it a fitting host for one of the culinary world’s most prestigious celebrations.

It is a distinction that feels entirely at home at OVO Wrocław. OVO is home to several dining experiences, including CAMPO Modern Grill, which has been recognized as a recommended restaurant in the 2026 Michelin Guide and is celebrated for its contemporary approach to open-fire cooking and premium regional ingredients. Guests visiting DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław can enjoy a diverse culinary offering, from modern Polish and European cuisine at OVO Bar & Restaurant to the locally inspired flavors of Dobrze Tu, a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the richness of Lower Silesian ingredients and regional culinary traditions through a contemporary lens. The hotel also presents immersive dining experiences throughout the year, including Le Petit Chef, the internationally acclaimed concept that combines 3D storytelling with seasonal cuisine.

Beyond its restaurants, OVO has established itself as a culinary and cultural gathering place through partnerships with local creative and hospitality communities, hosting a series of highly attended food and lifestyle events, including Daybreak’s popular Italian Nights on the patio. The destination’s cultural programming is further enriched by JazzOVO, the annual festival and live music series that has become one of Wrocław’s most beloved recurring events.

Organised by the Wrocław Tourism Office, the press conference brought together Michelin-nominated chefs and local civic authorities to mark a remarkable achievement: Wrocław was only added to the Michelin Guide last year, making the award of two stars within twelve months, to BABA(Chef Beata Śniechowska) and MOST (Chef Łukasz Budzik), an extraordinary statement of momentum for the city’s dining scene.

As Wrocław takes its place on the global gastronomic map with its first Michelin Stars, it is fitting that the moment is being marked at a venue that has long understood what the guide celebrates: the intersection of place, craft, and the pleasure of gathering together over exceptional food and drink.
