Prior to joining Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, Chef Ghatak served as the Executive Chef at Grand Mercure Goa. During his tenure, he was instrumental in elevating the culinary offerings and enhancing guest experiences by blending traditional techniques with modern culinary trends. Known for his creativity, menu development expertise, and commitment to quality, Chef Ghatak has consistently delivered excellence in every role he has undertaken.

In his new role at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, Chef Ghatak will focus on introducing menus that celebrate local Rajasthani flavours while incorporating global influences.
