The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Chef Pradeep Rawat as its Executive Chef

With an impressive career spanning over 18 years across some of India’s finest hospitality destinations, Chef Rawat brings a wealth of experience and an innovative culinary vision to the resort’s dynamic dining landscape.

Chef Rawat joins the resort from Hyatt Regency Dharamshala, where he served as Executive Chef, and has previously held leadership roles at Marriott International properties such as Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar and JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. Renowned for his creativity, commitment to sustainability, and guest-centric approach, he has consistently transformed culinary experiences with fresh concepts and exceptional attention to detail. His expertise in curating diverse menus, overseeing large-scale banquets, and introducing unique dining concepts reflects his dedication to culinary excellence.

A graduate of GIHM Almora with a diploma in Hotel Management, Chef Rawat’s academic foundation has been instrumental in shaping his approach to culinary excellence. In his new role, he will lead all culinary operations at the resort, infusing creativity and purpose-driven innovation across its dining venues. With a passion for pushing boundaries, he remains committed to crafting unforgettable experiences that infuse local soul with global sophistication. He will also spearhead the resort’s sustainable dining initiatives, reinforcing its position as a premier wellness destination.
