With an impressive culinary career spanning over 19 years, Chef Manoj brings with him extensive experience across Indian, Western, and Asian cuisines.

A seasoned professional within the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Chef Manoj has previously served in key roles at Vivanta New Delhi Dwarka and Vivanta Surajkund. He is widely recognized for his innovative approach to menu planning, food presentation, and commitment to excellence in culinary operations. Notably, he has also been a part of prestigious culinary teams at The Claridges and has worked alongside renowned chefs such as Keisuke Uno and Peng Yu Tao.

Known for his dynamic leadership and passion for creating unique dining experiences, Chef Manoj’s appointment is expected to further elevate the gastronomic offerings at Taj Chandigarh.
