He is widely recognized for his innovative approach to menu planning, food presentation, and commitment to excellence in culinary operations. Notably, he has also been a part of prestigious culinary teams at The Claridges and has worked alongside renowned chefs such as Keisuke Uno and Peng Yu Tao.
