Bringing with him over 12 years of rich culinary experience, Chef Dishant has worked with some of the most prestigious hospitality brands, including Hyatt, The Imperial, Westin, and ITC. His culinary journey reflects a deep-rooted passion for gastronomy, innovative menu curation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Aravali, he served at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, where he played a vital role in leading culinary operations and mentoring a high-performing team. Known for his creativity, leadership, and attention to detail, Chef Dishant has consistently delivered excellence across fine dining and large-scale banquet operations.
In his new role, he will oversee the resort’s culinary offerings, focusing on enhancing guest experiences with thoughtfully crafted menus and high standards of food quality and presentation.
