With a distinguished career spanning over 17 years in the luxury hospitality sector across India and the UAE, Chaitanya brings with him a rich blend of operational leadership and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Chaitanya began his hospitality career with The Oberoi Group in India and the UAE, where he built a strong foundation in luxury service and front office operations. Over the years, he has held leadership roles at prestigious properties including The Oberoi Dubai, Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai, BNBME Holiday Homes by Hoteliers, and Four Seasons Hotel at Embassy One, Bengaluru. He has consistently demonstrated excellence in cross-functional management, team development, and enhancing guest experiences. Most recently, as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel at Embassy One, Bengaluru, Chaitanya spearheaded strategic initiatives, led impactful brand positioning efforts, and played a pivotal role in elevating the overall guest experience.
Leveraging his extensive experience, he will drive operational excellence and elevate the guest experience. With a deep understanding of high-end hospitality and a passion for exceptional service, he is a valuable asset to the team. Focused on enhancing operational cohesion, investing in team development, and refining service delivery, his approach combines strategic insight, strong on-ground presence, and a keen understanding of luxury guest expectations.
With this strategic appointment, the resort reinforces its commitment to delivering a seamless guest experience and setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality. In his new role, he will oversee the resort’s day-to-day operations, drive excellence across departments, and continue to elevate the property’s positioning as a leading luxury resort destination in India.
