As dusk settles over the Hijaz, NYRA awakens with a welcome drink and a five-course menu by Michelin-starred Chef Osman Sezener, rooted in live fire, dry ageing and the soulful traditions of Aegean cuisine. The kitchen draws on wood-fired techniques and carefully sourced ingredients from land and sea, and the dining room is designed to make the cooking itself part of the occasion.

As the mountains fall into silver light, guests move to The Astronomy Centre on the MICA rooftop for a guided stargazing session led by the experts at Akun. With a state-of-the-art telescope, minimal light pollution and high-altitude clarity, guests can observe the night sky and the rare lunar cycle in full brilliance.

The final chapter unfolds at MICA with a high-energy set by DJ Leo, paired with 0.0% ABV mocktails crafted by celebrity mixologist Matthias Giroud and shisha service. Inspired by smoke, fire and native Saudi ingredients, MICA reflects the natural essence of the surrounding mountains.
