Assim is a passionate hotelier with over 17 years of experience across leading international hospitality brands. He began his career in the Front Office and steadily grew through the ranks, driven by his commitment to excellence, strong leadership, and a guest-centric approach.
Over the years, he has gained valuable exposure working with global hotel chains, including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, and Sarovar across India and the Middle East. His diverse expertise has enabled him to successfully lead teams, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver outstanding operational results.
Prior to this appointment, Assim was the Hotel Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort and Convention Center, where he emerged as one of Chennai’s youngest and most dynamic leaders, consistently driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
