Ascott adds Citadines Udupi, expands presence in Karnataka’s Coastal Growth Corridor

The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a wholly owned business unit of CapitaLand Investment Limited, has announced the signing of Citadines Udupi, a premium serviced residence with a 104-key property in the scenic coastal town of Udupi, Karnataka

This marks its fourth property in Karnataka and underscores its strategy to scale up in India’s high-growth lodging market.
