Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has announced the appointment of Arnav Chattopadhyay as its Front Office Manager
Arnav brings with him over 12 years of rich hospitality experience and guest-centric leadership to this pivotal role.
Arnav Chattopadhyay joins the Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield team from The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake & Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments, where he most recently served as Assistant Front Office Manager. There, he played an instrumental role in managing front office operations for a 777-key complex, consistently driving service excellence, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In his new role, Arnav will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s front office operations, including guest services, bell desk, and concierge functions. He will also lead the team in delivering memorable guest experiences, fostering a high-performance culture, and enhancing service standards aligned with Marriott International’s global values.

Arnav’s career trajectory reflects his dedication to luxury hospitality, having worked with some of India’s most iconic hotels. His past roles include tenures at Taj Lands’ End, Mumbai and Umaid Bhavan Palace, Jodhpur, where he held progressive responsibilities from Duty Manager to Assistant Front Office Manager. At each property, he was commended for his proactive guest engagement, strong team mentorship, and strategic input in budgeting and revenue optimization.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gandhinagar, Arnav is also a Certified Taj Departmental Trainer, having led training modules for front-line hospitality teams. He has been recognized with multiple Guest Recognition Certificates for his consistent delivery of exemplary service.
Known for his calm leadership, attention to detail, and passion for the guest journey, Arnav is poised to enhance the arrival experience at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield and uphold its reputation for warm, intuitive hospitality.
