Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) has announced the appointment of Anuradha Solanki as the new People & Culture Manager
In this pivotal role, she will champion a people-first culture, further elevating the colleague experience across the dynamic hotel and convention complex.
A passionate and results-driven HR professional with five years of experience, Anuradha brings strong expertise in Talent & Culture management, with a proven track record in employee engagement, talent acquisition, HR policy implementation, and leadership development within the hospitality sector.
Sharing her excitement about the new role, Anuradha said, “I am truly thrilled to be returning to Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC. Having previously been part of the team here from August 2023 to December 2024, it feels like coming back to a place I deeply understand and value. The scale, energy, and collaborative culture of this hotel and convention complex are truly unique, and I am excited to reconnect with colleagues and contribute to strengthening an environment where everyone feels supported, inspired, and able to thrive, while contributing meaningfully to the hotel’s vision and growth.”
Prior to this appointment, Anuradha served as People & Culture Manager at ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, where she led end-to-end HR operations, strengthened engagement frameworks, and supported business objectives through strategic HR interventions. Her journey with Accor and other leading hospitality brands has helped her develop a nuanced understanding of hotel operations, colleague well-being, and culture-building in high-performance environments.
In her new role at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC, Anuradha Solanki will focus on nurturing talent through robust learning and development initiatives, while driving thoughtful recruitment and onboarding experiences.
