Surat Marriott Hotel has announced the elevation of Amit Das to the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Amit has been a key member of the Surat Marriott team, known for his passion for hospitality and sharp operational acumen. He has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a knack for driving innovation within F&B operations.

In his most recent position as Food & Beverage Manager, Amit successfully led the hotel’s diverse dining venues, and fostered a culture of service excellence. Under his guidance, several food and beverage promotions and signature dining events gained popularity among guests and the local community, reinforcing Surat Marriott’s reputation as a culinary destination in the region.
