American Express and ALL Accor announce a new global partnership

American Express and ALL Accor, Accor’s booking platform and loyalty program, today announced a new global partnership to be rolled out in 2026 in 12 countries and territories: Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This partnership offers eligible American Express Cardholders automatic access to ALL Accor status and the ability to transfer their Membership Rewards® points to ALL Accor.

In France, eligible American Express Cardholders can now transfer their Membership Rewards® points to ALL Accor, while automatic access to ALL Accor program status will be available soon.

This partnership aims to offer a smoother and richer travel experience, from booking to on-site stay, by providing access to exclusive benefits within the network of more than 45 Accor brands worldwide, including Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel.

Based on automatic access to ALL Accor program statuses and a new option to transfer Membership Rewards® points to the ALL Accor program, this partnership strengthens the value and attractiveness of American Express Membership.

Access to the ALL Accor program status for eligible Cardholders

Eligible American Express Cardholders will automatically be granted status within the ALL Accor program, giving them access to exclusive travel benefits and privileged recognition at participating Accor hotels worldwide.

For example, holders of the American Express® Platinum Card for individuals, the American Express® Business Platinum Card for small and medium-sized businesses, and the American Express® Corporate Platinum Card for business travelers, will be eligible for ALL Accor Gold status , which includes Premium Wi-Fi, personalized attention, late hotel check-out, room upgrade (subject to availability) as well as ALL Accor Rewards points bonuses.

Transfer of Membership Rewards ® points

The partnership also enhances the value of American Express’s Membership Rewards® program by offering eligible Cardholders the new opportunity to transfer their points to the ALL Accor loyalty program.

In France, eligible American Express Cardholders can now transfer their points according to the scale of 3 Membership Rewards ® points for 1 Reward ALL Accor point.

Transferred points can be used within the vast network of more than 45 ALL Accor hotel brands, as well as for experiences, dining offers, and with an ecosystem of more than 110 partners, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the ALL Accor program.
