AHS Strengthens Gujarat Portfolio with 2nd Vadodara Property

Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) has announced the signing of a landmark hotel management agreement for its newest upscale property in Vadodara, Gujarat—Presidency Club & Resort—which will operate under the distinguished Absolute Collection brand

Presidency Club & Resort, located on a 4-acre estate off ECPL Road near Sherkhi village, features 52 rooms including suites and club rooms.

This property marks AHS’s second managed property in Vadodara, following Eastin Residences Vadodara, located in the upscale Alkapuri district. While Eastin Residences—part of AHS’s Eastin brand—serves business and long-stay guests in the bustling city centre, Presidency Club & Resort, under the Absolute Collection, adds a distinct, independent-style hospitality product in a tranquil, resort-like setting.

The Absolute Collection brand is AHS’s offering for unique independent hotels, allowing owners to maintain their own branding while benefiting from AHS’s operational excellence .This strategy enables AHS to cater to different guest needs and preferences, reinforcing its presence across core urban and lifestyle segments in Vadodara.

Vadodara is rapidly emerging as a compelling hospitality market, blending its rich cultural heritage—home to the Laxmi Vilas Palace, vibrant art scenes, and festivals—with dynamic growth in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and IT.
