In his previous role as General Manager at Crowne Plaza Lucknow, Abhirup was instrumental in positioning the property strongly within a competitive landscape. His all-round approach and dynamic leadership have consistently propelled properties to new heights.
During his role as General Manager at Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle, successfully led the 93-key property’s launch ahead of schedule, achieving remarkable ADR and revenue milestones. His exemplary leadership was recognised with the General Manager of the Year 2023 award by BW Hotelier (National Winner), underscoring his significant contribution to the industry.
Over the years, he has earned numerous industry accolades and has been featured in prominent media for his remarkable contributions to hospitality. A strong advocate for sustainability, he has championed innovative environmental initiatives, positioning his previous hotels as leaders in sustainable hospitality practices — all while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
