Nestled in the heart of La Vallée de Joux, the hotel is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and meets the highest standards of eco-responsible tourism. The hotel features 50 rooms and suites that offer stunning views over the Risoud forest.
The dishes are signed by Chef Emmanuel Renaut, a three-Michelin-star chef and showcase seasonal ingredients from regional producers and our own garden. Guests can enjoy meals in La Brasserie Le Gogant, which offers a relaxed atmosphere, La Table des Horlogers for a culinary experience, or the Bar des Horlogers.
