Yogesh Sharma, a seasoned hotelier with more than a decade of rich experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of driving operations for many hotels brands. A hotel management and tourism graduate from the Institute of Advanced Management, Yogesh started his career with The Oberoi Grand Kolkata & Trident Bandra Kurla as a housekeeping associate quickly climbing up the ladder to become the Assistant Housekeeping Manager with Jaipur Marriott in 2011.
Over the course of his career, Yogesh Sharma has contributed significantly to the success of several pre-opening projects and has held leadership roles as the head of housekeeping departments in many renowned brands including Crowne Plaza Jaipur, Fairfield By Marriott Jodhpur, Marriott Jaipur, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore and Hyatt Regency Ghaziabad etc.
With 16 years of hands-on experience, he brings with him a comprehensive understanding of luxury standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction in addition to his expertise in overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows and building cohesive teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational success.
