His hospitality journey began over 26 years ago, during which he has held pivotal positions in renowned establishments across India. Notably, he served as the General Manager for the past 3 tenures at various cities, where he was instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and market supremacy leading teams to achieve excellence in guest experience service and performance.
