The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa has announced two key leadership appointments with the onboarding of Sidharth Bhardwaj as Executive Chef and Braj Mohan Jat as Director of Food & Beverage. These strategic additions reinforce the resort’s commitment to elevating its culinary and dining landscape in alignment with Westin’s global wellness philosophy. Together, the two leaders bring over three decades of combined experience within luxury hospitality, with extensive expertise across Marriott International brands.
Chef Sidharth Bhardwaj joins The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa with over 18 years of culinary experience. He has previously led kitchens at acclaimed properties including Sheraton Hyderabad and JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. His career is distinguished by notable accolades such as FHRAI’s Young Hotel Chef of the Year 2017 and Marriott International’s Award of Culinary Excellence – Asia Pacific Rising Star 2016.
Known for his philosophy of natural, wholesome cooking and immersive dining concepts, Chef Sidharth brings a contemporary yet mindful approach to gastronomy, blending global techniques with ingredient-driven storytelling.
Braj Mohan Jat assumes the role of Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa with over 13 years of experience with Marriott International. His strengths lie in strategic F&B leadership, revenue management, large-scale event and conference management, and delivering consistently high guest satisfaction through tailored service standards.
With a strong operational mindset and a people-first approach, Braj is set to further strengthen the resort’s food and beverage performance across both leisure and MICE segments.
Elevating the Resort’s Culinary Identity
In their new roles, Chef Sidharth and Braj will lead the resort’s extensive culinary portfolio, ensuring that each dining venue—Harvest, Haven, Ira, and the Pool Bar—embodies the Westin brand’s signature wellness-led philosophy. Beyond the main dining venues, their vision includes thoughtfully curated experiences such as private Villa Barbeques and Farm-to-Table dining that reflects a refined, ingredient-led approach. A key focus of their vision is the implementation of the Westin Eat Well Menus, delivering nutrient-rich, flavour-forward cuisine that supports holistic well-being while maintaining a refined gourmet sensibility.
