Espire Hospitality Limited has announced the appointment of Sandeep Kumar Rajput as its new Commercial Director to handle the portfolio of hotel under its two brands ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts
With over 22 years of extensive experience in Sales & Marketing across the hospitality sector, Sandeep joins Espire at a pivotal time as the organization continues to strengthen its commercial capabilities and expand its footprint.
Sandeep Kumar Rajput brings a wealth of experience, having held senior leadership positions with reputed hospitality brands including Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, Pride Group of Hotels, HHI Group, St Laurn Hotels, and Infinity Resort. Known for his strategic mindset and result-oriented approach, he has consistently delivered high-growth performance across diverse markets.
In his most recent role as Vice President – Sales at Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, Sandeep led the P&L and commercial strategy for over 55 hotels across North and East India and Nepal, while driving revenue for a portfolio of more than 110 hotels across Pan-India. His expertise spans building high-performing PAN-India teams, strengthening corporate and key account relationships, and executing scalable commercial strategies.
In his new role at Espire Hospitality, Sandeep will focus on strengthening the company’s commercial framework, accelerating revenue growth, and driving strategic expansion initiatives. His leadership will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, deepening stakeholder partnerships, and fostering a performance-driven culture across the organization.
