Prashant began his hospitality journey in 2007 at Le Meridien Pune, starting as a Security Associate. Over the years, he steadily built his expertise, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational safety and guest well-being.
His career has since spanned leading hospitality brands such as JW Marriott Pune, Conrad Hilton Pune, and Ibis Pune, where he held key roles across safety, security, and loss prevention. With a proven track record in crisis management, risk assessment, and team leadership, Prashant continues to bring valuable experience and professionalism to every assignment.
A native of Pune and a graduate of BAMU Aurangabad, Prashant brings a wealth of knowledge and strong leadership to his new position at Le Meridien Nagpur.
