With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Pranav brings a deep understanding of F&B operations, along with a passion for curating exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
Pranav began his career in 2009 as a Hotel Operational Trainee and has since managed a diverse portfolio of food and beverage outlets—from guest-centric specialty restaurants to high-performing, revenue-focused venues. His proven ability to blend operational efficiency with service excellence has consistently enhanced both guest satisfaction and team performance.
In his new role, Pranav will lead the strategic direction of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, continuing to innovate and elevate the dining experience at Crowne Plaza Kochi.
