VantisCorp Launches Automation Platform to End Manual Work for Travel Management Companies

VantisCorp today launched its white-label corporate travel management platform, built automation-first for a TMC market still running on spreadsheets and email. The platform gives Travel Management Companies one system for hotel and flight booking, policy approvals, mid- and back-office automation and client servicing, carrying the TMC’s own brand rather than a vendor’s.

Most TMCs still run corporate travel on tools never built for it: policy exceptions over email, invoices reconciled by hand against shifting tax rules. Every new client added means more manual work, not more margin. Building an in-house alternative takes years and a permanent engineering team, so most TMCs either absorb the cost or lose the account to a platform selling straight to the corporate.

VantisCorp brings four strong travel propositions into one workflow instead of four separate systems:

Hotel and flight booking, with the TMC’s own markups, fees and client rules applied at the point of sale, and fare rules, policy checks and approvals in one flow.
Policy, approvals and compliance, with approval matrices and multi-entity client structures configured per account, so exceptions stop moving through email.
Mid- and back-office automation, covering tax-compliant invoicing (GST, VAT), wallet configuration and payment integration, removing manual reconciliation.
Client servicing tools, helping TMC agents handle post-booking changes and traveler support faster, without added headcount.
Because the platform is white-label, TMCs keep the corporate relationship, the brand and the commercial terms, while VantisCorp operates underneath, invisible to the traveler.

“Every TMC we spoke to was solving the same three problems: approvals stuck in email, invoices reconciled by hand, and no single view of client spend. We built the OS first, because that’s where a TMC’s cost sits, not in the search screen,” said Amol Raut, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of VantisCorp.

VantisCorp has contracted TMC clients live in India, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. TMCs ready to move off spreadsheets and email approvals can see the platform live and request a demo at www.vantiscorp.com.
