Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have announced the appointment of Natarajan Balasubramanian as Commercial Director, further strengthening the leadership team across both properties
With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Natarajan brings extensive expertise in sales strategy, revenue management, market positioning, and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the entire commercial function, including sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. His focus will be on driving sustained growth across corporate, MICE, leisure, and social segments.
Prior to joining Hilton, Natarajan held senior leadership positions with some of India’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including The Leela Group, Grand Hyatt Kochi, The Westin, and Le Méridien. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated strong business acumen by diversifying revenue streams and enhancing brand visibility in highly competitive markets. He has also played a key role in expanding residential weddings, and strengthening government and private sector business portfolios.
Natarajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Catering Science from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is widely recognized for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership style, and ability to build high-performing teams while fostering long-term client relationships.
In his new role, Natarajan will work closely with the leadership teams of both Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park to further enhance market share, drive revenue performance, and strengthen the hotels’ positioning as preferred destinations for business and leisure travellers in North Bengaluru.
