About us
Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau’s main mission is to champion the emirate as a dynamic global business events leader. Since March 2013 it has driven and supported the development and promotion of business events throughout the emirate efficiently, effectively and transparently, and in partnership with all its stakeholders.
Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau is a ‘one-stop-shop’ offering free advice, help with planning and local knowledge. Key assistance includes researching bid opportunities, facilitating tailored bid strategies to ensure competitiveness, providing destination promotional collateral and boosting delegate numbers through the authority’s international offices.
The team will assist you from start to finish by coordinating with local partners, arranging introductions to key Abu Dhabi stakeholders, securing support from mainline industry and tourism leaders, and assisting with government liaison. They’re also able to research appropriate venues, offer PR and marketing support and provide unique activities as well as pre- and post-conference ideas.

The city has played host to some of the world’s most important events, forums and congresses, including the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) Congress in 2017, the 24th World Energy Congress 2019, the 10th World Urban Forum (WUF 10) in 2020, the annual Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, the annual Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture, as well the biennial Global Aerospace Summit, among others.

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) is a strategic international venue development and management company whose portfolio includes the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, the UK capital’s largest exhibition and conference venue, ExCeL London, and the Al Ain Convention Centre in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi’s green garden city about one and a half hours away from the capital. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Yas Marina Circuit also have fantastic, state-of-the-art business centres and facilities catering to a range of events.
