We are a group of travel specialists, working in tourism for more than 15 years. Our goal is to create unique, tailor-made group and individual itineraries to Croatia and surrounding countries. We operate ground handling services for tour operators and a leisure segment of group and individual travel. Recently we have introduced our offer for MICE segment.

Toptours was founded in 1992, and since then our mission is an innovative presentation of Zagreb and its offer and attractions, as well as quality Croatian tour offers (accommodations, tours, excursions). In last 5 years we have included in our offer Balkan destinations, together with countries in the surrounding like Austria, Slovenia, Hungary and Italy.

In depth knowledge of the destination, we create new and innovative itineraries for group and FIT travel. To create a good itinerary, it can take up to 100 hours of work and detailed destination research – and still you cannot be sure that you covered all the details. Serbia is a country known for its great people and their exquisite hospitality. People of Serbia always welcome guests with open arms, hugs and kisses. Belgrade, the capital, the only city built on the confluence of two rivers, is known as “the city that never sleeps” and the symbol of great nightlife. Skadarlija, the most famous bohemian street in Belgrade is a place where you can enjoy music and great food, and then finish you evening partying on numerous floating clubs, where parties last until first daylight.
