Segatours Indian Ocean, a human-size company, winner of IAGTO’s 2023 award for Outstanding Service, is the only online boutique DMC in Mauritius specialising in tailor-made holidays, focusing on quality rather than quantity. We are a team of passionate people who have among themselves over 175 years of cumulated years of experience in the tourism industry.
Over and above tailor-made packages for individual travellers, we also cater for MICE and leisure groups, golf itineraries, themed tours, tours series, fly n drive packages, etc., in Mauritius as well as Reunion, Rodrigues, Madagascar, Seychelles or Maldives.
All our services are private which means that your clients are transferred directly from the airport or harbour to/from their hotels, one-to-one information meeting with each client, and private car transfers for excursions.
We do provide multilingual (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin and Czech-speaking) services.
We are also the ground handling agents for luxury Le Ponant and Silver Sea Cruising companies.
