In 2019, a total of 8.2 million tourists visited Kazakhstan, which was a 10% increase from the previous year.

Kazakhstan has set an ambitious goal of attracting 8 million foreign tourists annually by 2025, which would represent a significant increase from the 8.2 million tourists that visited the country in 2019.
