Who we are:

Víctor Gómez
Original from Cordoba, Spain. Moved to Amsterdam in 2009 where he founded an excursion and city tour company specialized in Spanish market. Followed by that in 2013, he founded and developed a leading company in the Destination Management for several years. He enjoys sharing all his knowledge and experiences of The Netherlands and Belgium with its clients and producing the most creative incentives and events. Passionate of sport and particular in basketball, Victor coaches in a youth basketball club.

Bea López
Born in Spain, Bea is a citizen of the world. Her passion is traveling and truly understanding other cultures. After having lived in the United States and Germany, she is settled in Amsterdam since 2009. She expanded her experience in the tourism and event sector from her arrival and is proud to have successfully driven the growth of several business. She is enthusiastic about discovering new experiences and matching the perfect solution to each client. Product creation and customization are at the base of raising the standards of tourism. The desire to provide more flexible, creative and personalized services lead her to join One Event in 2021.

Stefan Schafhauser
Stefan, born in Salzburg/Austria, is a travel and food enthusiast. His career in the tourism & event business brought him to work all over the world. During many years in the C-Level Management of a multinational company he was constantly performance driven. After a proven track record and an award winning career he left his position in 2020 in order to focus on new opportunities. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English and German and can communicate in Czech.

Nacho Ardila
Born in Badajoz, he studied history in Madrid and Toulouse. Passionate about travelling and gastronomy, he arrived in 2013 in the European capital where he settled. His career in the world of tourism started from the base, as a tour guide, to gradually develop and move on to positions of greater responsibility as manager and later as coordinator in Belgium for some of the largest Spanish-speaking tour operators in the world. Finally he joined the One Event team to contribute his experience, enthusiasm and hard work.
