Holiday Inn Cochin has announced the appointment of Lincoln Abraham as its Assistant Director – Food & Beverage Service, effective 21st July 2025
Lincoln Abraham brings with him over 15 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving excellence in Food & Beverage operations. His career spans leadership roles with some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Zuri Kumarakom Resorts, Ramada Alleppey, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah – UAE, Jumeirah in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, and Crowne Plaza Kochi. He is renowned for his strategic insight, commitment to service excellence, and expertise in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
A graduate in Hotel Management, Lincoln completed the Management Training Program at Zuri Kumarakom and further enhanced his international exposure through an internship at Hyatt Regency, Maryland, USA.
On a personal note, Lincoln Abraham is married to Chinchu and is the proud father of Hanna and Isahaq Abraham. He is passionate about cinema, music, and culinary exploration.
