Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar has announced the appointment of Lavandeep Kaur as its new People & Culture Manager
Lavandeep brings 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has been an integral part of the Radisson Hotel Group and has also worked with esteemed brands such as IHG, Sarovar, and in the Real Estate Sector.
She holds bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Finance from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana. She is passionate about fostering inclusive work environments and developing leadership skills among employees.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
Lavandeep will play an integral part in strengthening our People & Culture initiatives and will be pivotal in driving employee engagement, talent development, and enhancing the overall workplace experience in Radisson Blu Amritsar & Park Inn by Radisson Amritsar.
