With over 13 years of experience in driving business outcomes through innovative talent strategies, Khushboo began her career with the Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, in 2011. She later worked with the Oberoi Group and Radisson Group in Udaipur and Jaipur, gaining extensive experience in talent management and people development.
She has been associated with Marriott since April 2021, working with Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad in her prior assignment.
With an MBA in Human Resources, Khushboo believes that mutual respect is an essential aspect of professional excellence.
