With over 18 years of experience in hospitality engineering, Kamlesh brings strong technical expertise, leadership excellence, and extensive experience in pre-opening projects and operational hotel upgrades. He has successfully led engineering teams, implemented energy-efficient solutions, maintained high safety standards, and ensured compliance with global hospitality benchmarks.

During his career, Kamlesh has worked with leading hospitality brands including The Oberoi Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, and Lebua Hotels & Resorts. He is widely recognized for his strengths in project planning, preventive maintenance, asset management, and operational efficiency, contributing significantly to enhanced guest experiences.
