IHG Hotels & Resorts signs agreement for Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Gauri Resort & Banquet Services for the development of a new hotel in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh

The upcoming property, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur, is scheduled to open in 2027.

The hotel will feature 120 rooms and will be located along National Highway 9, offering connectivity to nearby business hubs including Ghaziabad and Meerut.
