Since 2015, Idéa Nordic has built a reputation for delivering innovative events. In 2020 the event industry changed, and they adapted. Idéa Nordic focused on running interactive Online and Hybrid events. They combine their digital transformation knowledge, with their storytelling experience, to engage people through the screen.

CLUB 80 CORPORATE ANNIVERSARY

Idéa Nordic partnered with VELUX to deliver a 25 minute Arena Opening Show for their 80th Anniversary Celebrations. The theme was Club 80 – the staff were grouped into 11 Clubs, such as the ‘Synchronise Swimming Club’, and celebrated as the Idéa Nordic performers created a spectacular themed show for each club in the arena. The 1,500 guests interacted with the show, and provided a 94% satisfaction rating in the follow up survey after the event.

 

EVOLVE 2.0 ONLINE EVENT

The team at Idéa Nordic were thrilled to be a Collaborating Partner with Swapcard to increase engagement at Evolve 2.0. Our goal was to remove Zoom fatigue and increase attendee engagement. We trained and provided moderators, implemented an interactive sessions structure, created a digital storyline, created engagement activities, filmed and produced event videos and developed the MC scripts.

 

DANISH ENTREPRENEURSHIP FESTIVAL HYBRID EVENT

Idéa Nordic was the official event partner for the the Danish Entrepreneurship festival, which attracted 22,000 online visitors. We created an event plan, schedule, agenda, run-sheet, production plan, storyline, visuals, and digital communication plan. We also produced multiple performances and videos with the theme ‘Investing in the Growth of Future Entrepreneurs’.

 

NEXT WAVE OF LEADERS DMC CONFERENCE

Idéa Nordic partnered with a global consulting firm for their annual European Conference, for 2300 newly promoted leaders.

 

Over three days in Copenhagen, the team at Idéa produced an entertainment plan, centred around the conference theme. The entertainment included roving entertainers, 5 production shows, pop-up performances, a DJ and a team of performers including Acrobats, Gymnasts, Live Singers, a Cyr Wheel Artist, Actors, and a team of Dancers.

 

One of the big highlights were the staff members who were part of the show, surfing on top of the wave. Our DJ and Dancers continued the celebrations until the end of the party.

 

C40 CLIMATE SUMMIT AWARDS CEREMONY

Idéa Nordic partnered with Michael Bloomberg, the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Climate Action, to produce and co-create the Climate Awards, which were held during the C40 Climate Conference in Copenhagen.


The purpose of the awards is to recognise world leaders who are managing climate change in their cities. We brought together some of Denmark’s most talented performers and five world champion bike artists from around Europe, to create various Danish themed performances.

 

CIRCUS AVANTGARDE ANNUAL CELEBRATION

An annual event to reward 1500 staff, the event began with roving performers, and a welcoming show to set the theme. The main show before dinner included gymnasts, acrobats, a live singer, jugglers, aerial artists and a team of dancers. To open the dance floor and get the party started, we produced an LED light show performance, with live singers, LED costumes and a stage dancers.

 

VIKINGS & WOLVES TOUR

An Idéa Nordic team of acrobats performed a 20 city, 32 show tour across Germany of ‘Vikings and Wolves’ with an estimated audience of over 200,000 people.

 

HÄSTENS VIVIDUS PRODUCT LAUNCH

Idéa Nordic partnered with Hästens to create “The Dream” in Hvar, Croatia to launch Hästens’ new global product, Vividus. The event was held during Hästens’ global sales conference.
