With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sethi brings extensive expertise in operations management, food and beverage innovation, and strategic leadership. His diverse skill set positions him well to guide Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre toward continued success and growth.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, Harkaran Singh Sethi held leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands. He served as General Manager and Associate Director of Operations, South Asia at the Radisson Hotel Group, where he supported and managed strategic operations for hotels in the region. Before that, Harakaran refined his expertise working with popular hospitality chains like Marriott International, ITC hotels, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.

A graduate of IHM-Bhopal, Sethi is also a certified member of the Guild of British Butlers and a butler trainer for luxury hotels. His strong educational foundation, coupled with extensive hands-on experience, equips him to consistently deliver excellence across all aspects of the guest experience. His passion for travel fuels his understanding of diverse guest expectations and deepens his commitment to creating lasting memories for guests worldwide
