Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has announced the appointment of Gaurav Tokas as its new Director of Rooms

Gaurav brings over a decade of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in hotel operations, guest service, and revenue management.

In his new role, Gaurav will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division, focusing on optimising guest experiences, managing room inventory, and driving revenue growth. He will lead the team in ensuring seamless delivery of service excellence and guest satisfaction, while further strengthening the hotel’s position as a premier destination in Bangalore.

Before joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Gaurav served as Room Division Manager at Marriott International’s Kochi Marriott Hotel, where he successfully managed corporate, transient, and leisure segments.

He has also held key positions at prestigious brands such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Radisson Hotel Group, and InterContinental Hotels Group, consistently demonstrating his leadership skills and expertise in hotel operations.

Gaurav holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai, and has completed several prestigious leadership training programs, including Marriott’s Envision Leadership Programme and IHG’s Climb Lead Future Leader Programme.
