Four Seasons and Oman Tourism Development Company reveal plans for Muscat resort

Plans for the new Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Muscat, located along the Sea of Oman have been announced by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), the executive arm of the Sultanate of Oman for Tourism Development. The said resort will have a beautiful private beach and picturesque mountain and sea views. 


The new luxury development will be a rare opportunity for business travelers or leisure guests to relish in the relaxing mountain and seaside setting while visiting the historic sights of Oman’s capital city. The project will also include a collection of Private Residences with sweeping views of the Sea of Oman, which is perfect for those looking to make Four Seasons part of their everyday lifestyle.


In an interview, Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, said that the Middle East continues to be an integral part of Four Seasons growth strategy, as they look for opportunities to offer unmatched Four Seasons experiences in exciting and dynamic destinations such as Muscat.


Muscat, as a destination, is filled with history, natural beauty, business, tourism, among others, and the new project aims to showcase all of these to the tourism world. Per Dr. Hashil Obaid Al Mahrouqi, CEO of OMRAN Group, they continue to drive forward the Oman Vision 2040 and their National Tourism Strategy by taking this iconic brand to Muscat.


Among the resort’s amenities are extensive indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces, bride’s room, business center, business departure lounge, and prayer rooms.
