With over 18 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality, Chandan brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage operations, strategic leadership, and guest-centric innovation.
Chandan joins the team from Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing beverage programs, leading F&B operations across multiple award-winning outlets, and driving innovation through global collaborations and experiential dining formats. His deep-rooted expertise in strategic planning, staff development, and guest-centric service is set to further elevate the F&B experience at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon.
Over the years, Chandan has spearheaded several high-impact initiatives, including international bar takeovers, premium wine events, and curated pop-ups, making him a driving force in shaping modern food and beverage narratives in the luxury segment.
Elaborating on his new role, Chandan Thakur said, “I’m incredibly excited to join the vibrant team at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon.
