Aurika Group unveils ₹220 crore expansion plan with hospitality project in Ayodhya and villas in Bareilly
Real estate firm Aurika Group has announced a ₹220 crore investment plan to expand its presence across Tier-II cities in Uttar Pradesh. The plan includes the launch of a 150-key serviced suites project in Ayodhya in partnership with Best Western Hotels, and a new premium villa community on a 5.50-acre site in Bareilly.
The Ayodhya project is located on the 14 Koshi Parikrama Marg, a route of religious and cultural significance. The development, under the Best Western brand, will feature serviced suites along with rooftop dining, wellness amenities, and curated spiritual experiences.
In Bareilly, Aurika Group has unveiled a gated villa community, adding to its existing portfolio in the city. The Group’s ongoing projects in Bareilly include The Residences, Bareilly—a plotted and villa development reported to be sold out—and Aurika Avenue, an under-construction mixed-use hub. Combined, these projects are projected to generate over ₹350 crore in revenue. The group has received RERA registration for two projects in Bareilly and one in Ayodhya.
