With over a decade of hospitality expertise and more than a year at W Goa, Ashok has been instrumental in championing the W brand’s signature blend of innovation, energy, and bold design. His tenure in key front-office roles demonstrated an unwavering focus on delivering personalized, “beyond expectations” service cementing the resort’s reputation for sun-soaked luxury and unforgettable guest moments. 

In his new leadership role, Ashok will oversee all operations within the Rooms Division ranging from Front Office and Guest Services to Housekeeping and Reservations. His priority is to uphold W’s high performance standards, optimize guest satisfaction, and foster a culture of creativity and excellence across daily operations.
