This August, MICHELIN Guide-recommended Li Jiang continues to celebrate the flavours of Asia with its recently introduced The Art of Asia tasting menu, inviting guests on a refined culinary journey overlooking the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The seven-course experience showcases the restaurant’s signature creations, from Otoro Nigiri crowned with Oscetra caviar and Hosomaki Lobster Tail to Char-Grilled Wagyu Flank Skewers, with a choice of Full-Blood Wagyu Striploin or delicately prepared Miso Black Cod.
